Cancellation/order Change

1.  We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:

• Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 24 hours of successfully placing the order.
• After making your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, and shipping address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production, and we cannot change it for you.

2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:

• Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by Artsholic in the order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
• Send the request with the above information to [email protected], with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:

• Once we receive your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
• The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the email and will correspond to the cancelled order value or the reduced order value of the modified order.
