Refund, Return & Exchange
You may return new, unopened items and the return is the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way within 14 days from the date of receipt for the most items.
By making the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke and made specifically for you; they are bespoke goods and are produced only after your purchase has been made and confirmed.
1. Return conditions
RETURNS are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, the return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:
The goods received are damaged
There are visible defects with the print
The item is the wrong size (e.g., Size L instead of Size M) from the one ordered
The thing is the wrong color from the one ordered
The thing is the bad design from the one ordered
The thing is the wrong style (e.g., long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered
2. Return procedure
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow the below steps to request a return:
We can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your items. You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods.
After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are produced before submitting your request, those goods are considered forfeit.

The package should be returned to our processing warehouse.
Product can be only returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
3. Refund Policy
The refund can be full oedpapartial, on how your order was damaged or wrongly printed. We only refund damaged items in the order
You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us. If you used Paypal to pay us before, the refunded amount would be to your Paypal balance. If you used a Credit card to pay us for the order, the refund amount would be to your credit card balance
Your credit will be shown on your balance the below criteria:
For Paypal, the refunded amount will show up immediately on your balance sheet after we confirm the refund processed
For Credit cards, it will take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your balance sheet
